Goods will only be sent out after we receive payment for them.

All credit card orders will be processed in Euros, the price in USD or GBP is for your information only and will vary a little according to the current exchange rates. If you want to send cash in USD or GBP, drop us a line first at orders@pure-impact.com to get the correct amount.

  The following payment possibilities are available:

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only)
  • International Postal Money Order (I.M.O.)

Payment methods not accepted:

  • Amex, Western Union or other money orders, because of the high clearing costs. (if you do send them, a clearance fee of 7.50 € will be charged)

  Returns:

Defective goods will be replaced without hesitation, just send us a mail first to let us know.

In case a CD is unavailable, we'll send you a creditnote or you can also list some alternative titles. That's up to you.

Wenn eine CD nicht mehr vorrätig ist, können wir ein Gutschein schicken oder sie können Ersatztitel angeben.

Para un envio rapido, sirvase respetar lo siguiente a la hora de hacer su pedido:

  • Dinero en efectivo (bien escondido, mejor mediante carta certificada en Euro)
  • Transferencia internacional por correos (I.M.O.)

En caso de que un CD se hubiera agotado, le enviaremos un aviso de abono por el importe en cuestion.


  Si vous ne désirez pas utiliser votre carte bancaire, nous acceptons aussi :

  • Argent dans une enveloppe (bien caché et de préférence par lettre recommandée)
  • Mandat international de poste (I.M.O.)
  • Virement sur le compte en banque 068-2222382-42 de Pure Impact (uniquement pour la Belgique!!!!!)

Au cas ou un CD ne serait plus disponible, nous vous enverrons une note de credit ou vous pouvez aussi marquer quelques titres alternatifs. A vous le choix.
