BAKERS DOZEN & SKINFULL 'Looking for trouble vol.2'

First up you get 6 tracks from Bakers Dozen, bringing the band into a new era with more aggression in their sound and lyrics. This is followed by Skinfull, the young boys of the English scene. They carry on where their debut CD left off, bringing you 6 more tracks, however also a little different from their album, a little less punky, a bit more skinhead, and they sure know how write good music, with catchy lyrics and choruses. This is Oi! as it should be. Complete with a 16 page full colour booklet, it's everything you need!

       BATTLESCARRED 'Gevalia'

After a couple years break, here's the comeback album of the kings of Swedish streetpunk. 13 new songs about football, beer and the pride for their homeland. All sung in English and played in their unique style with singalong melodies and angry vocals.

      CRIMINAL CLASS '25 to life'

14 tracks including 2 recorded with the late Gus Chambers (one time vocalist) as a bonus tribute. The album includes re-recordings of 'Soldier' and 'Antisocial'. After an unimpressive performance at the Rebellion festival a couple of years ago, expectations weren't very high, but this turns out to be a surprisingly good album. It's punky Oi, powerful, very tight and with a great beat and rhythm to it. Their sound is much more developed and fuller than before. The band obviously is made up of experienced musicians and they have managed to deliver a solid album which will appeal to all fans of British Oi!

       DAILY BROKEN DREAM 'Freedom'

This band is composed of members of the well-known hatecore bands Fear Rains Down and Race Riot among others. They have teamed up to create some of the most professional new school NS hardcore our scene has yet to hear. Aggressive, heavy yet melodic sound, very professional recording, mastering and a great booklet layout. Fans of hatecore / hardcore and metal will not be disappointed in this release. Can easily compare to the big professional bands.

DRAMATIC BATTLE 'Pogo en el parlamento'

8-song album of the Madrid band, featuring 4 new songs and 4 taken from the impossible to find 'La vida en un pacífico mundo' MCD. The new songs are just excellent, catchy old-school Spanish Oi! / RAC à la Klan, with impressive gruff vocals. This takes you right back to the best bands of the 90's. The production on the new songs is perfect too, the 4 older songs are good too, but could have done with some remastering to bring them to the level of the new songs. Limited edition of 500 copies.

      HOBBIT 'L'impero contrattacca'

OK, this is not a skinhead band, but one of the leading bands of the Italian nationalist rock scene. Somewhat poppy, melancholic rock to more upbeat rock, in general a style that can appeal to a wider audience. A band well worth checking out if you're in for something different and some songs are real damn catchy.

      LEMOVICE 'Skinheads living dead'

Second - and very hard to get - album of the French RAC band. An eclectic mix of rac'n'roll, melodic rock and some more upbeat tracks. Not your typical French sound, more varied, more influences from skinhead music from around the world.

LONDON DIEHARDS & T.M.F 'Looking for trouble vol.1'

The London Diehards are made up of the remnants of Retaliator (Ciaran and Steve) and Tel, singer of the East End Badoes. So you got 2 musicians of one of the very best British skinbands of the last decade teaming up with Tel who's been singing for the Badoes since the early 80's, and that's exactly what they sound like: a very classic, early 80's Oi! sound but better sounding. Would have fit in perfectly with releases like the 4-Skins and such back in the day. Brilliant stuff, and definitely the band to watch out for in the near future. And T.M.F.? As good as always, true to their sound, you know what to expect. Nice 16-page booklet with lots of photos and all lyrics.

LOYALTY 'Roaring three lions on to victory'

4 brand new Loyalty songs for the football world cup, 3 of the songs are only available on this MCD. Pure English, though somewhat basic Oi!

      loyalty - roaring 3 lions

The album's title 'Old school bootboys' covers part of the band's sound where their style perfectly fits the 90's German Oi! / RAC sound somewhat like Endstufe, catchy songs with a good dose of melody and singalong choruses. The other half of the album is more varied with heavier influences, but also some ballads. One thing's for sure though, these guys know how to play. Good album!

      RAMPAGE 'On attack'

Debut album of the German band. 11 tracks about the way of life with 100% skinhead lyrics and 0% mainstream Oi!. Sounds like the good German bands of old!

      TIMEBOMBS 'Viva la muerte'

First full-length of the band from Rome, and so much better than their debut MCD. Faster, powerful skinhead rock, very tightly played, a very full sound with crunchy guitars and pounding drums. Excellent catchy vocals, sometimes pissed off sounding and hardcore-influenced, sometimes more melodic, lots of rhythm changes. It would be hard to compare them with any other Italian band, but this has got to be the best Italian release in years. This rocks from start to finish. Very impressive! The CD features 9 originals and 1 Intolleranza cover. Big booklet with lyrics and photos.

       VINLANDIC GERMAN CROATIAN STRIKEFORCE

A 3-way split with KG 23 (side project of Big Ed of Bound For Glory), Blue Max (Germany) and Strong Survive (Croatia). The CD starts with an intro from KG 23 and three songs of perfectly played metal by Ed on guitar. The lyrics of the songs are dedicated to Croatian history (Ed has Croatian origins). The 3 Blue Max tracks are old school skinhead rock. Strong Survive finally plays basic RAC but they are the first Croatian band to get a proper release. 12-page booklet with lyrics and some photos.
